Tasty Tropical Fruit Salad

Looking for delicious and healthy mid day snack? Here is a tasty tropical fruit salad that is just right for you.



  • 3 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup diced water melon
  • 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large mangoes, diced
  • 6 tablespoons vanilla or plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 4½ tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut

Materials needed:

  • Knife for cutting fruit
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • 6 small bowls for serving


  1. Combine apples, water melon, bananas and mangoes together in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the fruit combination into individual small bowls.
  4. Put yogurt over each bowl of fruit salad.
  5. Top with shredded coconut.
  6. Serve chilled or as is.
