- 3 apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup diced water melon
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 large mangoes, diced
- 6 tablespoons vanilla or plain Greek-style yogurt
- 4½ tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
- Knife for cutting fruit
- Medium mixing bowl
- 6 small bowls for serving
- Combine apples, water melon, bananas and mangoes together in a medium bowl.
- Mix well.
- Transfer the fruit combination into individual small bowls.
- Put yogurt over each bowl of fruit salad.
- Top with shredded coconut.
- Serve chilled or as is.
